Above average organizational skills. Demonstrates knowledge of sales skills and experience of selling an intangible product. Basic understanding of the Internet as a business tool.

Relationships:
Will report to the General Sales Manager but be accountable to departments including, but not limited to: programming, promotions, traffic/continuity, and the business department.

Conditions:
100% commissioned income provided with a base draw. Will attend some sales related promotions, which could include occasional weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Needed Attributes:
Must be a self-motivated individual. Must be able to operate as part of an established sales team. Should be creative and energetic. Must have a valid driver’s license and use of an automobile.
