The Internet is obsessed with cats and  self-portraits, so it's about time someone combined the two!  The latest online photo trend is called CAT BEARDING.

To take one, hold your cat up while he's looking straight up, and so his face is covering the bottom of YOUR face.  It makes it look like the cat's mouth is your mouth and the rest of the cat is your beard.

Army wife Misty Schaffer dropped 100 pounds while her husband was deployed in Afghanistan for a year.

Misty said she started eating healthy, watching her portions and stopped eating ice cream all the time to go from 254 lbs to a sleek 150 lbs.

She surprised her hubby by sending him pics from the shoulders up while he was deployed...when he saw her he said that Misty was literally “half the person she used to be.”
